Four Bedroom

The four bedroom apartment offers four bedrooms, and three bathrooms.  There is a spacious lounge with open plan kitchen, all furnished to modern, stylish standards.  Can accommodate up to 8 people.

General features of apartments

The apartments have been designed in a contemporary style that can accommodate families of 4 or 5 persons or individuals travelling together. There is an additional capability to combine apartments in order to accommodate larger parties.
The apartments are spacious and light. The master bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms whilst the second bedrooms have a shower room with power shower. Each Marylebone Apartment is equipped with multi channel digital TV, DVD/CD player video, mini safe, direct dial telephone, internet access, washing machine, microwave oven and entry phone for added security and lift access to all floors (from the first floor). A member of the customer care team is available on site via a 24 hour support service (in the case of out of hours emergencies).

Booking

Once you have requested to book an apartment you will receive a Confirmation of Reservation form detailing the request, either by fax or e-mail. It will set out the amounts due for the reserved period.  On receipt of this, a non-refundable deposit of £250.00 will be required to secure the booking with full payment to be made no later than 14 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is within a short notice period, full payment will be required on receipt of Confirmation of Reservation. Apartments are allocated the week of arrival.

Security Deposit £250.00.  A non-refundable deposit of £250.00 is required to reserve the booking and is refunded normally about 2 weeks after departure. The deposit is separate from your accommodation charge. Globe will deduct any telephone charges and costs of any damages incurred during your stay.  Additional Person Charge. £90.00 plus VAT per person per week.

Payment

For all bookings made 28 days or more before arrival, you will make payment for £250.00 as deposit.  For bookings made kless than 28 days prior to arrival, full payment needs to be paid no later than 14 days prior to arrival.  Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer, credit/debit card, sterling traveller’s cheque.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is free if made at least 14 days prior to arrival, but the non-refundable £250.00 is not refunded.  Cancellation before arrival must be made in writing.

  1. Where the full payment has not yet been made Globe will retain the payment of £250.00
  2. The rent for the reserved period will be refunded to the Guest less Globes reasonable costs or charges considered fair and reasonable (on a pro-rata basis) for all or any part of the reservation period that the apartment is re-let.
  3. Once a reservation has been paid for the Guest is committed to the dates agreed upon. As a result any alteration to the dates reserved will depend on availability and a rent refund for the reserved period will be dependent on Globe’s ability to resell the apartment booked.
