Two Bedroom.

There are two bedrooms with 2 x double beds, a separate lounge with 1 x double sofa bed and kitchen with 2 private bathrooms. The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people with use of sofa bed in the lounge. Use of sofa bed is £20 per person per night.

Booking procedure

Booking is very easy. A credit/debit card is required to guarantee apartments and a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required then balance of payment will be charged at least one month before arrival.

Cancellation:

Cancellations can be made up to 31 days before arrival. The initial 50% deposit payment to hold the property is non-refundable. If you cancel less than 31 days prior to arrival, there is a 100% cancellation charge. We do advise, therefore, that you take travel insurance to cover this eventuality.

Checking in procedure

Checking in will be at sister property which has 24 hour reception available. 4 Broad Court, Bow Street, London WC2B 5QZ. It’s less than a 10 minute walk from all our apartments and you will be given a map and directions.

Damage Deposit

Credit card details are required as a security deposit. We check the property after you leave and we do request that tenants are honest about any breakage they may have caused. £50 will be deducted from the damage deposit for loss of any keys. ALL FLATS ARE NON SMOKING. If the flat has a balcony you may smoke on it. If not you are required to smoke outside the building. You will be charged £100 for smoking in the flat.
