Booking procedure

Paddington Court Studio Apartments can be booked in the same way as a hotel. You must provide a debit/credit card as a guarantee of the booking.

What your credit card will be charged at time of booking

A valid credit card is required to guarantee all reservations where the guest would pay on departure.  An authorisation for an amount equivalent to one night's room rate is taken 24hrs before on the credit card provided.

How you will pay for your apartment(s)

You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.

Credit Cards

Paddington Court Studio Apartments accept all major credit cards.  There are no credit card surcharge if you pay by credit card.

Security Deposit

As is the usual procedure, when you check in, an imprint of your credit card will be requested to cover any incidental expenses you might occur during your stay.

Confirmation of booking
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.
 

Cancellation policy

• Reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior (before 2pm UK time) to arrival without penalty.
• Reservations cancelled on or within 1 day prior to arrival will be charged a penalty equal to 1 night room and tax charges.
• Non arrival or late cancellation will be chargeable equal to 1 night room and tax charges.

Please note that some longer stay bookings will be subject to different terms and conditions, so please ask before booking.
