Cancellation Policy
The initial 10% deposit made for advance bookings is non-refundable.

For cancellations received one week or more prior to arrival, 50% of the total cost of the stay is refundable.

For cancellations received at least two days prior to arrival, 25% of the total cost of the stay is refundable.

No refunds will be made for cancellations within two days of the arrival date or for no-shows.  

Booking Procedure
Booking Dreamhouse Apartment is simple, just like a hotel.  All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card or debit card at the time of reservation.   Cards accepted are Mastercard, Visa, American Express.

Payment
For reservations made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, the guest will be charged in full at the time of confirmation.

For reservations made 4 weeks or more prior to arrival, a 10% deposit will be charged to the credit/debit card and balance to be taken 4 weeks prior to arrival.
