Apartment terms & conditions

Booking Procedure
Quayside Lofts Week2Week Newcastle Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel. A credit/debit card is required to guarantee the apartment. All major credit cards are accepted.

Deposit/Payment

For stays of less than 7 nights, no deposit is required, but full payment is required 48 hours prior to arrival.

For stays of 7 nights+ a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total accommodation cost will be charged to your credit card. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Should payment not reach the apartments within the stated time, the apartments reserve the right to cancel any booking made and any deposit paid will be forfeited.

Please note that there is a surcharge of 3.5% on all payments made by credit card. There is no additional charge for debit cards.

If you wish to alter your booking, you will be obliged to pay any additional expenses incurred as a result of the alteration. In addition, the apartments may, at their discretion, charge an amendment fee of £50 plus VAT to cover administrative costs.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Where cancellations are received less than eight weeks prior to arrival, the apartments reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of £250 and any accommodation charges to which they have committed in respect of that reservation. Any refund of accommodation charges is made subject to the apartment being re-let.

No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.

In the event that a guest needs to check out prior to the agreed departure date, the apartments will make every effort to refund the accommodation charges for the remainder of the stay. However, any refund will be subject to the apartment being re-let and will be subject to a cancellation charge of £50.
