Apartment terms & conditions

Booking Procedure 
Baltic Quays can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel.  A credit/debit card is required to guarantee the apartment.  Full payment is taken on arrival.  No deposit required.  4% surcharge for credit card payments, debit card is free.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is free if made by latest 4pm 24 hours prior to day of arrival .  Early departure is subject to a fee of £50.00 plus VAT.
