Apartment terms & conditions

Booking Procedure
A credit card number is required to secure all reservations.  Provisional reservations will only be held for 24 hours. Please note that use of American Express cards will result in a surcharge of 2.5% being added to your payment.   Payment is upon arrival.

Weekend Deposit

Please note that all weekend stays are subject to a £250 deposit which will be taken from the payment card on the Friday prior to arrival (in addition to the accommodation charge). This deposit will be refunded to the card on the following Monday (Tuesday on bank holidays) after the completion of an apartment inspection, provided that maximum occupancy and guest noise level terms have not been breached.

Early Departure

Guest are required to give 24 hours notice of early departure to avoid a charge of one nights accommodation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is free if made at least 24 hours prior to arrival.

If cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to arrival you will be charged a maximum of three days' apartment rental:
For stays of 1-6 days you will be charged for one day.
For stays of 7 or more days you will be charged for three days.
