Apartment terms & conditions

Booking Procedure
City Apartments Newcastle Glasgow South can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel.  A credit/debit card is required to guarantee the apartment.  Cards accepted are Diners Club, Electron, Visa, Maestro, Mastercard.  Only large groups are required to pay a deposit.  Otherwise all individual bookings will pay for the apartment upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy
It is free to cancel if you give written notice at least 14 days prior to arrival.

If you cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival you will be charged a maximum of three days' apartment rental:
For stays of 1-6 days you will be charged for one day.
For stays of seven or more days you will be charged for three days.
