Apartment terms & conditions

Booking Procedure
The Place ApartHotel can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel.  A credit/debit card is required to guarantee the apartment.  Cards accepted are American Express, Diners Club, Switch, Visa, Maestro, Mastercard.  The card is used to guarantee the reservations, payment is made upon departure.

Cancellation Policy

• Less than 2 weeks bookings – free to cancel if made at no later than 12pm (UK time) on the actual day of arrival.  Cancellation made after will be charged one night.
• 2 weeks+ Bookings - Bookings for stays of over two weeks will have an initial cancellation deadline equal to one quarter (25%) of the booking's duration. For example, for a 20 day booking, this deadline will be two days prior to arrival, while for a 28 day stay it will be seven days prior to arrival. Cancellations made prior to this deadline will be free of charge.  The second cancellation deadline will be equal to one tenth (10%) of the duration of the stay. For example, for a 20 day booking this second deadline will be two days prior to arrival, while for a 28 day stay it will be three days prior to arrival.
  
  
• Cancellations made after the first deadline but before the second deadline will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to three nights' accommodation.
• Cancellations made after the second deadline will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to five nights' accommodation.
• Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to seven nights' accommodation.
