Apartment terms & conditions

Booking Procedure
Booking an apartment is easy, just like a hotel.  A credit/debit card is required to guarantee the reservations.  A simple rental agreement will be emailed to you for signature.

Deposit

A deposit is requested for all bookings. The standard is £500 per apartment. Deposits are repaid within forty-five days of departure.  If a group is staying with us the deposit will be agreed at the time of booking.

Payment can be by the following methods:

- Cash
- BACS
- CHAPS
- Personal cheque - seven days prior to arrival
- Credit card - subject to a 3.5% handling charge

Cancellation

Cancellation is free if made at least 28 days prior to arrival date. 

Cancellations made less than 28 days but more than 14 days prior to arrival is subject to cancellation charge equal to 50% of total stay or of 1 month for much longer stays.

Cancellation made less than 14 days prior to arrival is subject to cancellation charge equal to total cost of stay.

Extension of stay - 10 days notice is required, otherwise the apartment is subject to re-let.
