Superior Two bedroom apartment

A typical two bedroom apartment consists of a master bedroom with a queen size bed, and the second bedroom also has a queen size bed. It will accommodate 4 people.  Private luxury bathroom, private lounge area with kitchen.

Payment

Full rent, plus any additional charges, must be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.
A £500 dilapidation deposit is pre-authorized from the credit card provided for stays less than 3 months. For stays of 3 months or more one month’s rent is due as a deposit. The deposit is returned to the guest credit card after departure subject to any outstanding incidentals or dilapidation charges that may incur during the guests stay. A Temporary Accommodation Licence Agreement is signed by the resident and property manager prior to apartment occupation. Upon arrival the resident will also be asked to complete a registration card. Guest will be sent an invoice of incidental charges after departure, once the outgoing inventory has been completed.

Method of Payment

Payment is recommended by CHAPS or BACS transfers. Payment can also be made by Credit cards (American Express, Diners, Visa, Mastercard) which are accepted on the return of a property credit card authorization form (to be completed by guest).

Cancellation

Cancellation prior to tenancy is required in writing.
If the written notice is received less than 3 weeks from the commencement of the licence period the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total payment due under the agreement up to a maximum of 3 weeks.
If the written notice is received between 3-4 weeks from the commencement of the licence period the cancellation charge shall be 75% of the total payment due under the agreement up to a maximum of 3 weeks.
