Booking process

To confirm your booking, a guest needs to offer a credit/debit card to guarantee.  This card will also be used as security against breakages or damages by the guest during his/her stay at the apartment.

Payment

Full payment for the rental is charge at time of booking for stays shorter than 1 month.  Please note that payment by Visa/Mastercard credit card is subject to 2% surcharge, whilst American Express is subject to 2.5% surcharge. 

Security deposit

A security deposit in the form of a signature that doubles up as a credit/debit card imprint is taken prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
For stays of 1-6 nights: notice of cancellation is required at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equal to 100% of to accommodation costs.

For stays of 7-27 nights: notice of cancellation is required at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equal to 7 nights’ accommodation costs.

For stays of 28 nights and over: notice of cancellation is required at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equal to 14 nights’ accommodation costs

Extension of stay:
A minimum advance notice period of 14 days is requiring prior to arrival.
