Booking process

To secure booking, full payment of stay will be charged at time of booking.  In the absence of payment being received the Company reserves the right to cancel the rental.

Ways to Pay

Payments may be made to the Company in GBP sterling by secure payment link.  Please advise us if you wish to book and we will send payment link to you.

Cancellation policy

The apartments must receive notification of cancellation in writing at least 7 days prior to the actual arrival date.   For stays of 28 nights minimum cancellation of 14 days notice is required.  Provided that cancellation is received within this notice period, the apartments will not charge any cancellation fee. If notification of cancellation is received less than 7 days prior to the arrival date, there is charge of full rental amount applicable.  No refunds for no shows or shortening of stay.

Refunds will not be applicable for non-arrivals.
