Booking process
To secure booking, full payment of stay will be charged at time of booking. In the absence of payment being received the Company reserves the right to cancel the rental. A holding deposit is held to cover all damages, losses and other charges. After vacating the apartment, any deposit will be returned no more than 7 days after departure.
Ways to Pay
Payments may be made to the Company in GBP sterling by: BACS transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Switch, or American Express. Additional charges, as indicated on invoices, may be levied for payment by credit card at the current charges levied by the relative card provider at time of payment.
Cancellation policy
For stays up to 89 nights, notice of cancellation must be given 7 days’ prior to arrival. Where the notice of cancellation given is less than 7 days prior to arrival, a cancellation charge will be applied equivalent to 7 days rental or the total cost of the stay, whichever is the lower.
For 90 night stays and over, 30 days’ notice prior to arrival to avoid a charge equal to 30 nights accommodation.
A higher nightly rate may apply in the case of any reductions to the duration of the stay and this payment will be due immediately. Extensions are subject to availability. Refunds will not be made for non-arrivals.
