Booking process
To book a credit or debit card is required to guarantee reservation. All major credit/debit cards are accepted.
Payment
Full payment is required at time of booking, unless otherwise agreed. Payment can be made with major credit/debit cards or bank transfer. Payment by credit card is subject to 4-5% surcharge, while debit card or bank transfer is free of surcharge.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or amendment is free if made at least 72 hours prior to arrival for stays of less than 27 nights, for stays 28-90 nights, cancellation is free if made no later than 7 days prior to arrival. For stays 91 nights or longer, cancellation is 14 days prior to arrival. All extensions are subject to availability. If a client wishes to check out earlier than the reserved departure date they must give written notice equal to the cancellation notice otherwise no refund will be given. Any cancelled or amended bookings that were processed by credit card will not be refunded the credit card surcharge.
Checking in Procedure
Checking in is from 3pm and check out is 10:30am. Any variations to this will be subject to extra charge. Upon check in a photo identification and/or the credit card used to make the booking will be required. A pre-authorisation of a credit or debit card at check in of £200 will be required (no cash). All apartments are non smoking and any non adherence to this will be subject to one nights stay charged.
