How to Book
To confirm a reservation, a credit or debit card is required to guarantee reservation. All major credit or debit cards are accepted. For all bookings your card is not charged, as full payment is made upon arrival. If you have long stay of 29 nights or longer, please do advise and we can check discounted rates for you.

Payment

For all bookings full payment is made upon arrival, unless otherwise stipulated.

Cancellation policy

In the event of cancellation, a charge will be applied as follows:
For bookings of stays less than 7 nights, cancellation is free if made no later than 7 nights prior to arrival.
Reservations of 1 – 6 nights will be charged a cancellation charge of 1 nights accommodation.

Reservations of more than 7 nights will be charged 3 nights cancellation charge.

Security Deposit

Upon arrival a security deposit of £50 is required for key and FOB, this will be refunded upon departure once keys and FOB has been returned to reception.
