Deluxe Two bedroom
The Two Bedroom Deluxe Apartment features more space, with the quality contemporary design which is designed for the comfort and relaxation while accommodating. The spacious living/dining area with a flat screen TV/DVD and premium audio-visual equipment also included a dining table with four chairs for a pleasant meal with family or a relaxed meal away from a busy day. The Kitchen is fully equipped for the more modern visual look of feeling at home. The Bedroom has a Queen sized bed which can be split in 2 double beds if preferred and included in with a built-in cupboards for your own personal storage. The Apartment offers two bathrooms and includes a power-shower.
Standard Two bedroom
Standard two bedroom apartments are located on the Ground and Lower Ground Floors. The spacious Living/Dining area is equipped with audio-visual system including TV/DVD with satellite, cable and Freeview channels and the modern Kitchen includes all appliances. The main Bedroom is fitted with a double bed and there is a second, small Bedroom with a single bed. The Bathroom includes bath and shower. Can accommodate up to 4 people with an extra foldaway bed in the lounge.

Reservations
A credit or debit card is required to guarantee the apartment. The full balance of accommodation charges is payable upon arrival. Over summer peak season (August-September), a non-refundable one week deposit is required upon confirmation and balance of payment 30 days prior to arrival.
Security Deposit
Please note that upon arrival at Chesham Knightsbridge Apartments, we require a £300 deposit as a security / damages deposit for a studio, £500 for a one-bedroom apartment, £1000 for a three-bedroom apartment. This is made by credit card authorisation transaction and will be cancelled following settlement of any outstanding account and after an inventory check has been made. An authorisation transaction is not debited from the card holders account. The amount is held for a short period of time and is automatically cancelled.
Cancellation
The full balance of rent paid is refundable if notice of cancellation is received 14 days prior to booked arrival date / or subject to re-letting on a shorter notice. Over summer peak season (August-Sept) cancellation is subject to 30 days cancellation, but the non-refundable deposit is not refunded even if cancellation is more than 30 days.
Payment
Payment is accepted in cash, travellers cheques and all major credit cards and bank transfer.

Payments by credit/debit cards are subject to an additional fee charge as follows:
American Express : 3.5% ; VISA/Debit Card : 2.0%; All Others : 3.0%
love this apartment, so new and situated so close to harrods. we didn’t have to take a train anywhere, and could walk to all the best shops. your onsite team was friendly and really helpful. thx for everything.
