Booking process
To confirm your booking, a guest needs to offer a credit card to guarantee. This card will also be used as security against breakages or damages by the guest during his/her stay at the apartment. The guest also needs to sign a credit/debit card authorization form at time of booking.
Payment
For stays of less than 1 month, the client will pay all rent and charges in pounds sterling to Monarch House in full upon confirmation. For stays of longer than 1 month, payment can be made on a monthly basis in advance. Payment can be made via debit/credit card or bank transfer.
Cancellation policy
Stays of less than 1 month, cancellation at any time is subject to 100% cancellation fee.
Stays of 1-3 months, cancellation is free if made at least 1 month prior to arrival.
Stays of between 3-6 months, cancellation is free if made at least 1 month prior to arrival.
